Glass Glow Fusing Kiln

Limited Warranty

 

Glass Glow Fusing Kilns are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase from Glass Glow Kilns.

 

Glass Glow Fusing Kilns have a temperature rating up to and including 1700 °F.

 

The Warranty is subject to the following exclusions:

      Kilns damaged by firing over 1700 °F, no matter what the reason.

      Kiln ware or furniture damaged by over fire.

      Kilns used for either reduction or salt firing.

      Kilns used for purposes other than fusing glass materials.

      Kilns subject to abuse, neglect, freight damage or improper storage.

      Kilns damaged by improper electrical connection.

      Kilns used for wax burn outs – wax burns out elements.

 

Glass Glow will repair or replace any part which becomes defective under normal, proper used during the one year specified period, providing the kiln had not been subjected to any of the listed exclusions. Glass Glow will furnish and install replacement parts at the factory (with transportation cost paid by the owner) or upon receipt of defective parts at the factory, and after examination of the defect, replacements, complete with installation instructions, will be shipped post paid to owner. Repair or replacement of any defective parts shall fulfill all obligations of Glass Glow Kilns. No other obligation or liabilities are assumed in connection with Glass Glow.
