This is the newest version of the Portable Glass Shop. Don Morton designed the first one more than 20 years ago, but after you've transferred the markings on your current surface to work with this new version, you can put the old one on eBay. You'll also gain an understanding about using the new workshop faster and more easily than before thanks to the 78-minute audio CD and instruction manual packaged with this version; since you're a visual person and hate to read directions, this will make learning how to use the workshop quite a bit easier to absorb.

What makes this version a must-have for you? It's got a reversible Squaring Fence for both standard and thin glass, clever features like the Fast Angles, not to mention the fact that it's got both metric and inch scales. You'll wonder how you ever got along without it.

Morton Teeny Circle System

The Morton Teeny Circle System is an inexpensive method of making small circles (up to 6"). Your regular glass cutter is used to make the score. The Teeny Circle System can be used for much more than circles ... directions show setups for quilting patterns and modifying trapezoids. Included in this package is a plastic turntable, 7-3/8" x 7-3/8" glass holding pad, yellow plastic circle guide, yellow plastic glass stop, 2 black cylinders, wire support rod, separate right-handed instructions, and separate left-handed instructions. Use the Teeny Circle System on all Morton Surfaces. Use with most popular glass cutters. Directions show how cutter hole can be modified to accommodate cutter variations. Running Pliers

Run a score out into a break easily with these Running Pliers. Just take hold of the glass at the end of the score and give the glass a squeeze to break it out cleanly. There's even a centering mark on the jaw to help you line up with the score so you're applying equal pressure to both sides.
