Cancellation Policy Our Philosophy We believe in fairness, honesty and personal service. We want to build relationships with our customers. Please feel free to contact us and ask questions. If we don’t know the answer, we have the resources to quickly find it and get back to you. In fairness to everyone, we do not match or beat our competitors’ prices. Loosely translated, that means we do not sell you a kiln for $400 on Wednesday and charge someone else $385 on Thursday.

Discounts Glass Discounts We will add your Bullseye, Uroboros and CBS Dichroic glass purchases
together (including sheet glass, frit, stringer, noodles, and confetti). This
TOTAL dollar amount will be used to determine your glass discount, based on the
discount structure detailed below. These discounts DO NOT show on the receipt you
receive by email from our shopping cart. We will calculate the discounts as we process

CdV Box Charges Our box charges are our COST for the packaging materials. There is NO handling fee. Box charges apply to items that are double boxed (most sheet glass and molds) to prevent breakage during shipping. MAXIMIZE

filling boxes and/or let us know if its ok to cut your glass into smaller pieces.
The number of sheets and charges may vary from order to order depending on the mix of sizes ordered.
CdV Glass/Kiln Pricing Bullseye and Uroboros Glass Our Bullseye sheet glass (except for Tekta) & frit/powder
is sold by the pound. Bullseye Tekta and
all our Uroboros glass is sold by the square foot. For products sold by the pound, the prices on our web site are based on the approximate weight for that size glass. When we process your order, we weigh the glass to calculate the price you are actually charged. What you are charged is usually less than the price listed on our web site and in your email order confirmation. For products sold by the square foot you are charged for the
actual square footage of the glass you receive. We do our best to send you glass in the size you request,
but glass sheets sent by the manufacturer vary in size. This can result in discrepancies (larger or
smaller) in the size of the glass you receive. Regardless – you are charged for the glass you
receive. CBS Dichroic Glass Pricing CBS Dichroic glass is sold by the piece and prices listed on our web site reflect the price you will be charged. For your information, a full sheet of CBS Dichroic glass is approximately a 19” circle (approximately 280 sq in). Some sheets have 2 sides trimmed off so they are approximately 16.5” wide. Kiln Prices Many kiln companies price their kilns, kiln furniture,
pyrometers, and controllers separately. Centre DeVerre prices reflect a complete
glass kiln ready to use. Our prices
include kiln shelf, shelf posts, kiln wash, and kiln stand. Ceramic kilns come with controller and metal stand. Ceramic kilns with kiln sitters (these use
cones to fire to a particular temperature) do NOT come with a pyrometer. Ceramic kilns with digital controllers have
the pyrometer built into the controller. Ceramic furniture kits are sold separately. Our prices are subject to change without notice. If the price of an item changes from what you
had seen before placing your order, the new price is the effective price.
CdV Returns Policy To return an item for any reason, you must contact Centre DeVerre and obtain return authorization. You must contact us within 10 days of receipt of item. If incorrect items have been shipped through our error, exchanges will be made without additional shipping charges to the customer. Customers returning new items will be given STORE CREDIT minus a 15% restocking fee. In addition, the freight is to be paid both ways by the customer. The returned item must be in the same condition as when shipped from Centre DeVerre for credit to be issued. Equipment sold as USED cannot be returned. It is sold as is, with no warranty expressed or implied.
CdV Order Cancellation Policy If the order has not been processed, there is no charge for cancellation. A ‘processed order’ is: * an order we have already placed with the manufacturer (kiln, grinder, etc.) There
is a 10% cancellation charge * an order we have already picked and are in the process of packaging. There
is a 10% cancellation charge * an order which is already processed and packaged. There
