International Orders

International customers ordering equipment (kilns, grinders, etc.) should contact us by telephone or e-mail to discuss electrical and shipping information.

Customers are responsible for knowing and paying taxes, tariffs, duties and brokerage fees on imported goods in their country.

We prefer payment by Visa, MasterCard or Discover. The charge must clear before we ship anything.

We may accept checks in US Dollars, but the check (including shipping charges) must clear before we ship anything. Contact us first.

Some manufacturers have restrictions on which countries they will ship to. For example, Jen Ken does not ship to Europe.

We usually use the US Postal Service air mail for boxes and envelopes. Parcels usually arrive within 10 days.
